For Parents
There are few occasions in life more memorable than the birth of a child. Whether it’s your first on its way or a new addition to an already busy home, the arrival of you baby is a day you will probably never forget. Sometimes, however, we like a little extra reminder of just what the day entailed. Like birthdays, holidays and weddings, there are small details and fleeting moments that photography captures and holds on to, for us to look back at for years to come. An emotion-filled day such as a birth-day can be overwhelming and those details lost in a flood of tension, happiness, exhaustion and pain relief.
Professional birth photography takes the pressure off of your partner and those supporting Mum during the birth. Your partner is free to witness the arrival of their child with all their attention, provide support and encouragement, and maybe even catch the baby and cut the umbilical cord. Your birth professionals are there to ensure the safe delivery of your child.
We have put together the information below to help you learn more about birth photography and whether it is something worth looking further into.
